These temporary terms apply to use of the AKASHAH website. Final business details, product-specific conditions and policies are being reviewed before the shop opens. Use the Contact page if anything is unclear before ordering.
Products and prices
Review the product description, selected options, availability, price and currency before payment. Checkout displays the final amount, including applicable shipping, taxes and discounts. Product photographs may vary from screen to screen. Customisation, sizing and delivery arrangements must be confirmed where they are not stated.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available methods depend on your location, order and provider eligibility. Choosing Afterpay or another payment provider also involves that provider’s terms; approval is not guaranteed.
Digital purchases
Digital products do not require shipping. A paid download grants only the rights stated in the product’s licence. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution. Ask us for the applicable licence before buying if it is not included in the listing.
Website content
Music, photographs, logos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Contact us before reusing content beyond permissions provided with a purchase or allowed by law.
