Physical orders
Current flat-rate shipping is CAD $22 per order to Canada and CAD $45 per order to the United States. Shipping is charged only when the order contains physical items; adding a digital item does not add another shipping charge. Other destinations are not currently offered at checkout.
Timing and delivery details
Processing times, dispatch dates, carriers and delivery estimates are still being confirmed. Please contact us for these details before ordering, particularly for custom or time-sensitive items. Check your shipping address carefully. For international deliveries, customs charges or import taxes may apply and are not included in the listed shipping rate unless explicitly shown.
Digital delivery
Digital-only orders have no shipping fee or shipping-address requirement. After verified payment, private download links appear on the order confirmation page and remain valid for seven days. Keep that page address. Contact us if a link expires or a file cannot be accessed.
Delivery problems
Contact us with your order details if a physical parcel is missing or damaged, or if a digital download is unavailable. We will review the issue and explain the available next steps.
